Documentation consist of numerous parts such as:

-General arrangement

-CoG position

-Transverse sections

-Longitudinal sections

-Decks

A CAD file with every sheet aluminium part of the boat laid out and ready to be CNC cut. The parts are all nested on standard plates of the correct thickness and the correct alloy. Each part is identified with it’s name marked on it. The parts have line-up marks on them to help locate exactly where each part fits. For every model you buy-you get licence for one cutting plan. For next cutting plan of a same model we offer discount according to agreement!

To reduce amount of welds and total mass of vessel the idea is to bend parts as much as possible. The bending book gives information about  bending radii, position of bending line and angle of bending. It is very important to apply correct radius to prevent part unfitting to structure.

Assemly book consist of any number from one to fifthy (50) pages of drawings that describe how to assemble the boat. These are very detailed drawings with lots of dimensions and step by step isometric drawings describing how all parts fit together visually. There are drawings that show diffenrent angles of hte boat with the names of each part of the boat.
